Being away from friends and family increases the stress that effects brain part reduce the memory.
6. Don’t stress over food
Food is required for every human body for getting energy to sustain the life. Eating an excessive amount of fat and sugar in the routine Is harmful for brain function. Fats affects the brain function and increase the risk of disease. Interestingly, certain food sources like organic products, vegetables, heartbeats, fish and olive oil are best for the brain.
