They will complete their assignments with double eagerness in future. Trophies can change the life of students in the future. They will work hard when they get trophy in the class and they feel happy in the class. Trophy not only motivates that student who got reward in the class but also motivate all children in the classroom. Other students in the class become eager to get trophy next time. The use of trophy has much importance to motivate the students in the class.

 2.   Teaching Method 

Teaching method is the another way to motivate the students in the class. Teacher use different teaching method in the class in order to motivate students in the class. All students are not same in the class. Some of them are full and some of them are talented. The teacher should pay attention toward it’s teaching methods. He can select his teaching method keeping in view the individuals differences between students. The selection of teaching method can produce and develop motivation of students or may contribute the maximum motivation. Nowadays teachers are using modern method of teaching in the class to motivate the students.

3. Success and failure

Success and failure also play a prominent role to motivate the students in the classroom.  Students work hard and they will get success. Other student in the class gets motivation after his or her success. Sometimes failure also mobilize energy in the students and the unsuccessful students burn midnight oil to achieve success. Hence success and failure too are used as an important technique of motivation in the classroom.

4. Interest

The existence of interest is necessary element in order to motivate the behaviors of the students. The motivation of the students in the classroom is not possible without reality of interest. The task in which the students shows more interest, he would have more motivation in that task and in which the students are motivated and their interest will develop in that task. Therefore the teacher should recognize the interest of the students in the classroom and according to these interests they should determine their teaching tasks.

5. Competition 

Competition is also a wholesome technique of motivation. A teacher should can use this technique very conveniently in the classroom. A feeling of competition produces motivation among the students. The students are busy in their hardship to secure more scores from each other. Hence teacher should organize such competition in the class which can motivate the students to work. In fact, these competitions also lead to the achievement of the objective. This method should be used very carefully in the classroom. These competitions may also develop feelings of jealously among one another.

6. Novelty

Curiosity and changes are additionally reason for inspiration. In the homeroom, the presentation of oddity by the educator is adequate to rouse the understudies particularly in the lower classes. The educator can spur the understudies by presenting curiosity in their instructing techniques. The understudies are constantly intrigued by oddity.
