Congestive heart failure: Congestive heart failure is a condition in which heart can not pump enough blood effectively to the rest of the body. It can result from coronary artery disease, hypertension. Heart muscle and also heart valve damage.
Atherosclerosis : Atherosclerosis is the condition underlying the current epidemic of coronary thrombus. The yellow fatty patches deposit smooth internal lining of the arteries which lead narrowing the caliber of the vessel and blocking the vessel completely.

Cardiomyopathy: It is a condition in which the heart muscles become abnormal that may lead to heart failure. The heart becomes large and stiffened and thickened. The ensuing weakness of the heart results in its inability to pump blood effectively. The resultant of cardiomyopathy is heart failure.
